If you face any issues after updating Menu Image, first check whether you have a cache plugin and purge its cache.
Cache plugins can keep serving old files and that causes problems. That's what cache plugins do, so there is no way around it; purging the cache is usually enough.
If it's not a cache issue, it may be an error in the new version that wasn't caught in testing. Contact our support right away at support@wpmenuimage.com and explain the situation so we can help as fast as possible.
Remember you can always revert to the previous version if it's urgent.
