To meet this challenge, Freshlight designed and built a custom application for Central de Cervejas. It offers an intuitive, easy-to-use platform where customers and staff involved in container collection can record and track information digitally. The process became more efficient, agile and accurate.
Digitising the workflow reduced human error, improved internal communication and substantially increased overall productivity — collecting more containers in less time.
